Nicole Burns is the lead agent behind Fort Erie Home Group, helping buyers and sellers across Fort Erie and the Niagara region with a strong focus on relationships, trust, and results.
After moving to Fort Erie in 2021, Nicole quickly fell in love with the community feel, natural beauty, and slower pace of life. That connection to the area shapes the way she helps clients, not just finding the right home, but helping them feel confident in where they’re putting down roots.
With nearly a decade of real estate experience and a background in education working with high-risk teens, Nicole is known for her patience, support, and commitment to always working in her clients’ best interests. She works with a wide range of buyers and sellers, and has a special passion for helping seniors navigate important life transitions with care and confidence.
Nicole is also actively involved in the community, organizing events like garage sales, food drives, skate nights, fundraisers, and local business features that bring people together and give back to the area she’s proud to call home.
Ryan Smith
Head of Marketing & Operations
Ryan Smith is the Head of Marketing & Operations for Fort Erie Home Group, helping lead the strategy, systems, and behind-the-scenes work that supports the team and the client experience from start to finish.
Ryan grew up in Fort Erie and began his real estate career nearly two decades ago in the Kawartha Lakes area before returning home in 2021. While he still holds his real estate license and supports clients when needed, his primary focus today is building the business, strengthening the brand, and creating the processes that help everything run smoothly.
With a strong background in marketing strategy, technology, automation, and business development, Ryan plays a key role in lead generation, positioning, and long-term growth. His experience in training and coaching agents over the past decade has shaped the way the team approaches branding, systems, and client care, helping ensure every interaction feels thoughtful, organized, and well supported.
Ollie
Chief Happiness Officer
Ollie is the heart and soul of Fort Erie Home Group and takes his role as Chief Happiness Officer very seriously. Known for his comical antics, expressive face, and love of attention, he has a special way of making people smile the moment they meet him.
He’s a familiar face at many of our events and is often found greeting guests, supervising team meetings, or making sure everyone takes the occasional break. His presence adds a little extra warmth and personality to everything we do.
When he’s not “working,” Ollie enjoys long naps in his favorite bed, keeping a close eye on snack activity, and reminding the team not to take life too seriously. Around here, he’s more than just a mascot, he’s part of the family and a big reason our days are a little more fun.
